The triathlon is about 1,973 years younger than Taekwondo, but that hasn’t hurt the popularity of this swimming, biking and running event. While the first triathlon was held in San Diego, Calif., in 1974, the sport started making waves in 1978 when the Hawaii Ironman contest was born. The West Nile virus is spreading rapidly along the Atlantic coast and probably headed West, federal officials say.
The virus, native to Africa, made its first U. S. appearance in the New York City area in 1999, hitting the elderly particularly hard. About 60 people, whose median age was 71, were diagnosed with it that year; seven of them died.

Asthma symptoms can have a number of causes, including exercise. In fact, most people who have asthma will at some time have symptoms brought on by exercise. People who have symptoms only during exercise are said to have “exercise-induced asthma.” Activities most likely to cause wheezing are those that are strenuous, such as running, bicycling and cross country skiing.

Returning to Camp Skateboard, they are all asleep. Jed describes the scene to the cameras, “I wake up at the end of my little nap after I delegate my duties and there’s no fishnet to be found.”
